Making the Drawing

Two dominant forms perceived, that much is clear. But the marks on the page are ambiguous and the longer you look, the more they become open to multiple readings. As a mixture of line and body our perception of what is being described in the drawing can shift..…what is solid?, what is air?

The drawing intrigued me by the ambiguity of its presence - I wanted to interpret and temporarily resolve the doubts it posed, fasten it to the concrete world.
